Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone – Terms and Conditions
Emofront Pte and Presto Music Production Ltd are ethical companies. These terms and conditions set out to protect all involved parties, with the positive intent that Rhythm Warriors was created for.
- Accessing the Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone Book 1 online lessons portal is automatic and full acceptance from the user to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- This edition of “Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone” is a course of online piano / keyboard lessons which are ideally suited to children aged 4 to 7 with their parents’ guidance.
- Access to the online platform for Rhythm Warriors E-book Book 1 (supplied as images in the online portal and PDF download) and accompanying animated lessons is provided by Emofront Pte. and Presto Music Production Ltd.
- The Rhythm warriors E-book one is available in its entirety as a download as soon as access is requested and granted via the online portal. The animated lessons will be made available over a period of time and uploaded into the portal in line with the time frame below.
- Lesson 1 is available 31st October 2023, with the following dates for subsequent Lessons; Lesson 2 = 6th Nov 23, Lesson 3 = 11th Nov 2023, Lesson 4 Part 1 (P1) = 18th Nov 2023, Lesson 4 P2 = 25th Nov 2023, Lesson 5 P1 = 2nd Dec 2023, Lesson 5 P2 = 9th December, Lesson 6 P1 = 16th December, Lesson 6 P2 = 23rd December, Lesson 7 P1 = 6th Jan 2024, Lesson 7 P2 = 13th Jan 2024, Lesson 8 P1 = 20th Jan 2024, Lesson 8 P2 = 27th Jan 2024, Lesson 9 P1 = 3rd Feb 2024, Lesson 9 P2 = 10th Feb 2024, Lesson 10 P1 = 17th Feb 2024, Lesson 10 P2 = 24th Feb 2024, Lesson 11 P1 = 2nd March 2024, Lesson 11 P2 = 9th March 2024, Lesson 12 P1 = 16th March 2024, Lesson 12 P2 = 23rd March 2024.
- The purchase price is the cost of access to the Rhythm Warriors online portal for a period of 12 months only from the date of registration
- Should customers wish to renew access to the online lessons after these 12 months, or purchase further Rhythm Warrior Piano Zone Books, they can do so through www.prestomusicschool.co.uk
- Presto Music Production Ltd and Emofront Pte will not be responsible or liable for the failure to gain access to Rhythm Warriors Book 1 and animated lessons due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but is not limited to poor data service at the point of access by the customer, and standard UK contract Force Majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labour strikes), and infrastructure failures (transportation, energy).
- Your data will be collected and checked by Presto Music Production Ltd and securely shared with Emofront Pte and Sparky Animation Studios for the purposes of administering the online lessons via the Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone platform. We reserve the right to contact you via email with other Rhythm Warrior news and offers which you can unsubscribe from.
- Presto Music Production Ltd. and Emofront Pte. reserve the right to make any changes to the Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
- As Piano Zone is a digital product, it is available immediately. Under the UK Consumer Contract Regulation on Digital Downloads, no refunds are available.
- All customers using this platform are deemed to be bound by the above terms and conditions for this promotional offer.Data
- We intend to use your data in relation to fulfilling the access of Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone Book 1 and animated lessons.
- Transaction Data will be held for 7 years.
- You have the right to withdraw from the platform at any time and request the removal of your personal information from our system. You can do this by contacting Presto Music Production Ltd. No refunds will be given
